If unsatisfied with your MyVetStore.ca purchase, you can return the product within seven days for the purchase price (minus the shipping, handling, and restocking charges). The product must be in its original packaging in new or salable condition and accompanied by a return authorization form (see below). Please allow 3-5 business days for your request to be processed.
To return an item in-store you purchased at MyVetStore.ca, bring the product in its original packaging in new or salable condition plus the return authorization form to one of our locations. If paid for by credit card, the card used to purchase the merchandise is required so your return can be credited to the same card (minus the shipping, handling, and restocking charges). If you do not have the same credit card you used to make your MyVetStore.ca purchase or used a payment method other than a credit card for your order (such as PayPal or Google Wallet), you’ll receive an Interac e-Transfer.
Pack the item in its original packaging in new or salable condition safely and securely for shipping with the return authorization form (retain a copy for your records). Send the package via a traceable and insurable method. Please note that exchanges are not available by mail. The customer must pay all shipping charges. COD deliveries will be returned to the customer.
If you’re unsatisfied with a product purchased in the clinic, bring it in its original packaging in new or salable condition to the clinic for return.
A restocking fee of 10% will be charged on all returns. The flat rate shipping fee of $15 will be deducted from all MyVetStore.ca returns that received free shipping.
