My journey into veterinary medicine began with a lifelong love for animals. I grew up in a household full of pets — from dogs and birds to bunnies, turtles, and fish — and I was always happiest when caring for them. That sense of connection and purpose never left me.
Over time, my passion for animals combined naturally with my interest in science and medicine, leading me to become a Registered Veterinary Technician. In my role, I assist with routine exams, dental cleanings, anesthesia monitoring, surgical prep, diagnostics, and post-op care. I love being part of a team that helps pets feel their best while supporting their families through every stage of care.
One of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping nervous or shy patients feel safe and comfortable. Every animal has their own personality, and I enjoy building trust to make visits as stress-free as possible.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy drawing and caring for indoor plants. Both give me a creative and calming outlet, and, much like working with animals, they remind me of the patience, attention, and care that living things need to thrive.
